2teaspoonsmaple syrup(You can use 1 teaspoon if you don't want it as sweet)
pinchcinnamon(I like a lot of cinnamon and usually do ¼ teaspoon)
2Tablespoonsberries
nut butter and extra maple syrupfor topping
Instructions
Whisk together egg, yogurt, maple syrup and cinnamon.
Use a fork to press down on each slice of bread to make a well.
Place bread slices on a parchment lined baking sheet. Pour egg mixture into each well and top with fresh berries.
Bake in the oven at 425°F for 15 minutes or until custard is set and bread is crispy on the outside edges. For the air fryer, cook at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until custard is set.
Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup and nut butter.
